All orders are handmade and custom printed just for you!

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days (depending on product type and order volume).

  • During holidays or sales, please allow a few extra days for processing.

Once your order is completed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States and select international countries.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Options:

  • Economy Shipping (4–8 business days): $9.90+

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $12.90+

International Shipping:
Rates vary by region and will be shown at checkout.

💌 Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly through your order page or the shipping carrier’s website.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

The Garcias Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If your order is marked delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first — then reach out to us at support@thegarciasdesign.com for assistance.

🧾 Incorrect or Missing Address

Please double-check your address before placing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours to make corrections. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

🌎 International Orders

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
